Vegg-Q



The Vegg-Q is an extremely versatile tool for chefs to use. Of Japanese origin, the Vegg-Q was constructed to mimic the very precise and delicate cutting techniques to produce Tsuma (angel hair slices) and Katsura (paper thin slices). Reserved for only the most seasoned Japanese chefs, these techniques are now simplified so that any chef can now use these techniques to enhance and/or compliment both the aesthetics and flavor of their cooking. After becoming familiar with the basic operation and care of the Vegg-Q, be sure to read our “Advanced User Tips” section for further ways to utilize all the Vegg-Q has to offer!!
